Two Ways to Join
Although a significant majority of our
consultants are W2 employees of Reserve Consulting, there
are certain situations (where client contractual obligations
permit) where we are willing to work with individual
consultants, who have incorporated themselves, on what is
called a Corp to Corp basis. Learn more about the ways to

Individual Consultants

Individual consultants are those not working through
a corporate entity.
If you
are an individual and do plan to work through your
own Corporation or LLC, then this option is for you. |
Corp to Corp Consultants

Corp to Corp consultants are those contracted
through a corporate entity.
If you
are an individual consultant that wishes to work
though your own Corp or LLC, then this option is for you.

Our goal is to maximize
consultant cash compensation to
the full extent possible for each
and every role. With this goal in
mind, we do not offer medical
benefits or paid leave as these
benefits reduce overall cash
compensation. We find that the
vast majority of consultants support
this pay structure.

Consulting you get paid faster.
We pay our consultants when
the work is performed, not when client
pays their consulting invoice.
